Reading the label
Each product states its total cannabinoid in milligrams alongside the bottle volume. Dividing the milligrams by the volume in millilitres yields the per-millilitre strength quoted on the product page.
Taking a sublingual oil
Shake the bottle. Using the dropper, deposit the measured amount beneath the tongue, retain it there for approximately 60 seconds, then swallow.
Storage
Keep the bottle sealed, clear of direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets.
