Satisfaction with each order is the objective. Unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Contact support@cbdoilcanberra.com with the order number and the items to be returned. Return instructions and the return address will be issued in reply.
Refunds
On receipt and inspection of the returned items, the original payment method is refunded, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the return results from our error.
Opened or damaged items
On hygiene and safety grounds, opened products are not eligible for return unless they were received damaged or faulty. Where an item arrives damaged, notify support@cbdoilcanberra.com with a photograph within 7 days and the matter will be resolved.
